Terms and conditions of use and sale

The service

Tolipesa is online software to run a shop: till, stock, invoices, money, purchases, reports and a smart assistant. It works in a browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. The features available depend on the plan chosen, as shown on the Pricing page.

Your account

• The information you give when signing up must be accurate.
• You keep your password secret: any action taken with your account is considered to be taken by you.
• You decide what access your staff have, and you are responsible for how they use Tolipesa.

The free trial

The Starter plan can be tried free for 14 days, with no bank card and no commitment. To keep using Tolipesa after the trial, you need to take out a subscription.

Subscription and payment

• Prices are those shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe.
• The subscription is paid in advance, monthly or yearly. Yearly payment gets the discount shown on the Pricing page.
• Payment is made by Mobile Money or bank card, through our payment provider.
• The subscription does not renew automatically: it stays active until the end of the period paid for, and you extend it by paying for the next period.
• A payment made before the due date extends the subscription from that due date: you never lose a day already paid for.
• The subscription is activated automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed.

No commitment

You can stop whenever you like: simply do not renew your subscription. You can also ask us to close your account by writing to us.

Your data

The data you enter in Tolipesa remains yours. We only use it to provide you with the service, as explained in our privacy policy.

Service availability

We do what is needed to keep Tolipesa available at all times, but interruptions remain possible, in particular for maintenance or in the event of a failure. During a connection outage, offline mode lets you keep selling: your sales are sent as soon as the network is back.

Liability

Tolipesa works out your figures from the information entered in the application: their accuracy depends on what is entered.

The answers and advice from the artificial intelligence are a decision aid. Check them before any important decision.

Tolipesa does not replace an accountant or a tax adviser: you remain responsible for your accounting and tax obligations.

Fair use

You agree to use Tolipesa for a lawful activity, not to try to access another business's data and not to disrupt the service. If you do, we may suspend the account concerned.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know before it applies.
